Ogma Scientific was formed in 2016 in Berkeley, CA by individuals with deep connections to the city, university, and the environmental microbiology community.
LEADERSHIP Team
Hans CarlsoN, PhD., Co-Founder and Ceo
Hans has a PhD in Chemistry from UC Berkeley and postdoctoral training in environmental microbiology. Hans has extensive expertise adapting high-throughput chemical screening approaches to address problems in environmental and industrial ecosystems.
Jennie Tian, VP OF Business Development
Jennie began her career in public health during her undergraduate at Berkeley, and moved to healthcare finance after graduate school. She made her way to Ogma after consulting for startups in the D.C. area.
